The UBIX Network team is delighted to announce a major milestone for the UBIX Exchange. UBIX Exchange Inc, has officially been registered on the island country of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. This nation has recently become a highly secure and dependable location for cryptocurrency exchanges, due largely in part to its favorable regulations.

Complying with regulations has always been at the forefront of the UBIX Network business model. Over the last few months, we have sought to protect the interests of UBIX Exchange token (UBXE) holders from any possible regulatory concerns / issues. As our exchange continues to grow, we plan on continuing to take extensive compliance / regulatory measures to protect the well-being of our users, employees and overall business.

We plan to add onto our recent UBIX Exchange success with the following actions:
• The addition of more trading pairs;
• The application of an organic incentive system for clients who list their trading pairs on the UBIX Exchange;
• The introduction of a referral program for our users; and
• The implementation of a robust marketing / PR campaign.

We are excited to take these next steps that are more in tune with the nature of cryptocurrency (i.e. free from government interference / decentralized).
